Description

DESCRIPTION

This fiber optic coupler taps off 50% of the optical power on a singlemode fiber. It supports a wide range of wavelengths and can thus be used for monitoring or splitting all types of signals being transported on the fiber including CWDM. The compact size is ideal for installation in tight spaces such as a splicing enclosure.

  • Fused Biconical Taper (FBT) All Band Coupler
  • 2/98 % power split ratio
  • Supports wavelengths 1260-1620 nm
  • Protocol transparent (support 1G, 10G etc.)
  • 900 µm loose tube pigtails G.657.A1 fibers with LC/UPC connectors
  • Tested for reliability according to Telcordia GR-1209-CORE/GR-1221-CORE
  • 0.5 meter fibers with LC/UPC connectors
